Softball Preview: Danville Admirals vs. Lincoln County Patriots
Danville hasn't had much luck against Lincoln County recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Admirals will head out on the road to face off against the Patriots at 6:00 p.m. Danville has given up an average of 15.9 runs per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.
Danville is headed into Friday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 11th straight game dating back to last season on Tuesday. They lost 24-13 to Washington County.
Sienna Frink made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. That triple marked the first that she has hit this season. Another player making a difference was Dre'Ana White, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, one triple, and one run.
