Softball Recap: Wonewoc-Center Comes Up Short

Wonewoc-Center managed to slip by Hillsboro the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wolves lost 14-2 to the Tigers on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Wolves couldn't push the score so high this time.

Wonewoc-Center now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Hillsboro, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Wonewoc-Center will square off against rival New Lisbon at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Hillsboro is set to take on their familiar foe Bangor at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
