Wade Hampton is 8-2 against Eastside since December of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Wade Hampton Generals will head out on the road to take on the Eastside Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Wade Hampton is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.

Last Tuesday, Wade Hampton took a blow against Riverside, falling 81-20. While losing is never fun, the Generals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 197th, while the Warriors are ranked 19th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Eastside). They snuck past Woodmont with a 57-51 win on Monday.

Eastside's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-9. As for Wade Hampton, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Wade Hampton came up short against Eastside when the teams last played back in February of 2024, falling 67-54. Can Wade Hampton avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
