Salem Hills had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the five-goal drubbing they dealt American Heritage on Friday. The Skyhawks never let the Patriots get on the board and left with a 5-0 win. That's more bragging rights for Salem Hills, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

They hit American Heritage with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kylie Mead (2), Addie Peterson, Madi Harris, and Iris Larsen.

The victory got Salem Hills back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Salem Hills will take on Maple Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for American Heritage, they will square off against Uintah at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Uintah's last four matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
