Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Johns Creek's Eighth in Last Ten Outings + How To Watch

Johns Creek won the last time they faced Gainesville and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Gladiators put the hurt on the Red Elephants with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Johns Creek was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-19, 25-20.

Sara Buoni paced Johns Creek's offense, picking up 15 kills. Buoni got some help from Adonia Haile and her 25 assists. Haile was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Johns Creek has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season. As for Gainesville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-11.

Looking ahead, Johns Creek will take on Lakeside at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Gainesville, they will challenge Seckinger at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
