Volleyball Recap: Piper Takes a Loss

Piper lost against Spring Hill back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Pirates fell just short of the Broncos by a score of 2-1.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Piper sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-27, 28-26.

Piper's loss dropped their record down to 3-10-1. As for Spring Hill, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-13.

Piper wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Olathe East on the 4th. Spring Hill has also already played their next match (against Raymore-Peculiar), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
