Football Recap: Millikan's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

The Millikan Rams came up short against the Loyola Cubs on Friday and fell 35-25. The Rams gained 284 more yards on the day, but it was the Cubs that made the best use of them.

Jonah Tuaniga threw for 230 yards and three touchdowns. Jay Williams was his top target, picking up 125 receiving yards and one score. On the ground, Ryan Carter rushed for 30 yards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Millikan fell to 2-1. As for Loyola, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Millikan has already played their next matchup, a 55-7 loss against Downey on the 5th. As for Loyola, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 21-0 defeat against Mount Miguel on the 5th.
