Ja'Lon Crumity put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in February of 2024 on Wednesday. He struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits. He is becoming a predictor of Jefferson County's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is 3-1 (and 3-17 when he doesn't).
