Soccer Recap: Sam Houston Comes Up Short

Sam Houston saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Woodlawn-B.R. Panthers. The Broncos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sam Houston's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4-3. As for Woodlawn-B.R., their win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sam Houston will be home for the holidays to greet Acadiana at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Woodlawn-B.R., a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Woodlawn-B.R. challenge the Walker at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
