Volleyball Recap: Globe Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Globe lost against Valley Christian back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Trojans, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-2, 25-9.

Ansley Venkatesh had an outrageously good game for Valley Christian as she had five aces and four digs. That's the most aces Venkatesh has posted since back in October of 2024. Ellie Gregg also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Globe's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Valley Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.

Globe will head out to square off against Coolidge at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Valley Christian, they will be taking part in a tournament against Mater Dei at 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
