Verdugo Hills was sadly handed a loss on Thursday, but Georges Abdulnour did his best to prevent it. Abdulnour turned in nothing short of a gem: he scored 20 points along with five rebounds.
Verdugo Hills and Poly will face off at 4:30 p.m. on January 24th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Verdugo Hills got just the result they wanted when they last faced Poly, probably because Abdulnour had a great game then too: he scored 18 points along with seven rebounds and two blocks.
