Basketball Recap: First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest Takes a Loss

First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest lost against Spartanburg Christian Academy last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The contest between the First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest Crusaders and the Spartanburg Christian Academy Warriors didn't end well, with the First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest Crusaders falling 49-30. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Spartanburg Christian Academy found their leader in freshman Delaney Caldwell, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 13 boards. Caldwell's evening made it 18 games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Emily Robinson, who posted nine points.

First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Spartanburg Christian Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-7.

As of now, neither First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest nor Spartanburg Christian Academy have any future games scheduled.
