Volleyball Recap: Ann Sobrato Takes a Loss

Ann Sobrato's tournament run continued when they took on Mt. Madonna on Saturday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 2-1.

Ann Sobrato has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season. As for Mt. Madonna, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-6.

Ann Sobrato wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Watsonville on the 12th. As for Mt. Madonna, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Soquel at 5:00 p.m. on the 23rd.
