After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Woodmont, Greenwood was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Everything went their way against the J.L. Mann Patriots as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Eagles have beaten the Patriots the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Patriots has come to flipping the script.

Greenwood never let J.L. Mann on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-13, 28-26.

Greenwood's victory bumped their record up to 6-14. As for J.L. Mann, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.

Greenwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for J.L. Mann, they will square off against Mauldin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
