In 4AA, No. 1 (MaxPreps Computer Ranking) Richmond, No. 2 Mallard Creek, No. 3 Myers Park, No. 5 West Forsyth, No. 10 Leesville Road and No. 13 Wake Forest have all earned byes.
In 4A, No. 8 East Forsyth, No. 12 Cardinal Gibbons, No. 22 Hickory Ridge and No. 23 Grimsley have earned byes.
No. 25 Tarboro earned a bye in 1AA.
