Football Recap: Hill County Victorious

Hill County won the last time they faced Buckholts, and Tristan Knight did his part to make sure it happened again. The Wolves simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Badgers 54-22 thanks in part to Knight, who rushed for 364 yards and five TDs on only 14 carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 79-yard run.

Hill County's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Buckholts, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hill County will welcome Stephenville FAITH at 7:30 p.m. on the 27th. The matchup will give the Wolves their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Buckholts, they will host Morgan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
