Baseball Recap: North Royalton's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

North Royalton has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.8 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Tuesday. They took a 13-9 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Twinsburg Tigers. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Adi Parker put in work while hitting and pitching. He pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Parker was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.

In other batting news, Zach Horiba made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Grady Baugh, who scored two runs.

Having lost for the first time this season, North Royalton fell to 4-1. As for Twinsburg, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
