Basketball Game Preview: Dunbar Tigers vs. Oasis Sharks + How To Watch

The Dunbar Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Oasis Sharks at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

It was a proper cat-fight when Dunbar took on Estero on Monday. The Tigers took down the Wildcats 71-53. The game was the first time the Tigers have beaten the Wildcats on their court since December 2, 2016.

Meanwhile, Oasis put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 85-50 victory over Gateway. The Sharks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 34 points or more this season.

Dunbar now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Oasis, their win bumped their record up to 5-0.

Dunbar beat Oasis 56-49 in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
