Volleyball Recap: Badger Takes a Loss

Badger lost against Memorial back in October of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Braves came up short against the Red Devils, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-16, 25-10.

Brianna Lendak paced Badger's offense, picking up four kills. Lendak got some help from Lilly Schmidt and her six assists. Schmidt was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Badger now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Memorial, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Badger wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Lordstown on the 28th. As for Memorial, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Lowellville at 7:00 p.m.
