Lilian Wray Game Report: @ James Wood

Lilian Wray was dialed in as she pitched six innings while giving up three earned runs off eight hits. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against James Wood back in March of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her eighth in a row with two or fewer walks. For the season, Wray has an ERA of 3.00 over 35 innings pitched.

Looking ahead, Wray and Sherando will be playing in front of their home fans against Liberty at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Eagles thanks in part to Wray: she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out ten over six innings pitched.
