Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Win Is Hononegah's 15th in Last 18 Outings

Hononegah won the last time they faced Woodstock North and things went their way on Saturday too. The Indians came out on top against the Thunder by a score of 2-0.

Hononegah was led to victory by Katelyn Pigott and Makayla Harbison. Pigott had five aces and three digs, while Harbison had three digs and two aces. Those five aces gave Pigott a new career-high.

Hononegah has been performing well recently as they've won 15 of their last 18 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. As for Woodstock North, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 16-8.

Hononegah didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Eastland on the 11th. As for Woodstock North, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against McHenry on the 11th.
