Guadalupe Centers scored the most runs they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They lost 16-8 to the Wyandotte Bulldogs. The loss leaves the Aztecs still looking for their first win of the season.

Fernando Rubio made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole four bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Juan Agostadero, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-2.

Guadalupe Centers' defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Wyandotte, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-4 record this season.

Guadalupe Centers will be playing in front of their home fans against Grandview at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Wyandotte, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 14-1 loss against Atchison on the 8th.
