Baseball Recap: Desert Hot Springs Comes Up Short

Desert Hot Springs lost against Banning back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Golden Eagles lost 17-6 to the Broncos. The Golden Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Desert Hot Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Banning, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-2.

While Desert Hot Springs had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
