Soccer Game Preview: Mendota vs. Quincy Notre Dame + How To Watch

The Mendota Trojans will face off against the Quincy Notre Dame Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Mendota comes in on four and Quincy Notre Dame on three.

Mendota is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand Harvest-Westminster a 6-0 shutout. Mendota might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 21 matchups by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Saturday Quincy Notre Dame sidestepped Alleman for a 1-0 victory. The win was all the more spectacular given Quincy Notre Dame's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 226th, while Alleman are ranked 109th).

Mendota's victory bumped their record up to 23-4. As for Quincy Notre Dame, their win bumped their record up to 6-15-3.
