Softball Preview: Lindale Eagles vs. Van Vandals
The Lindale Eagles will take on the Van Vandals at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Lindale comes in on four and Van on ten.
Lindale is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against Mabank on Tuesday as Lindale made off with a 25-1 win. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by seven runs or more this season.
AJ McPherson looked comfortable as she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
