Basketball Recap: Ione/Arlington's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Dufur, Ione/Arlington was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They had just enough and edged Horizon Christian out 48-45. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Cardinals as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Ione/Arlington's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Horizon Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ione/Arlington will face off against Condon at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Condon will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Ione/Arlington surely won't give up without a fight. Horizon Christian has already played their next matchup (against Klickitat-Glenwood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
