Football Game Preview: Evansville/Albany vs. McFarland

If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for McFarland. On Friday they take on Evansville/Albany at 7:00 PM. McFarland have yet to lose; Evansville/Albany, on the other hand, are desperate for their first win.

McFarland simply couldn't be stopped last Friday, as they easily beat Clinton 44-6. Followers of McFarland probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected six blowout victories.

Meanwhile, Evansville/Albany suffered a grim 34-55 defeat to Big Foot.

McFarland's victory lifted them to 7-0 while Evansville/Albany's loss dropped them down to 0-7. We'll see if McFarland's success rolls on or if Evansville/Albany are able to steal their positive momentum.
