Basketball Recap: Comstock Comes Up Short

Comstock lost against Marcellus back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Comstock Colts fell to the Marcellus Wildcats 57-51. The Colts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Marcellus to victory, but perhaps none more so than Parker Adams, who went 6 of 9 en route to 16 points and seven boards. Beau Ferguson was another key player, going 5 for 11 on his way to 15 points.

Comstock's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Marcellus, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season.
