Meanwhile, Central Academy of Technology & Arts came up short against Highland Tech on Wednesday and fell 41-28. The loss continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Rams: they've now lost six in a row.

Central Academy of Technology & Arts' defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for West Stanly, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
