Angola won the last time they faced Prairie Heights and things went their way on Monday too. The Hornets were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Panthers.

While Angola won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-12, 26-24.

Angola found their leader in sophomore Cali Hamilton, who had seven digs and two aces.

Angola is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. As for Prairie Heights, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Angola is set to square off against their familiar foe Churubusco at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Prairie Heights will take on rival Lakeland at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
