Kennebunk proved they can win big on Monday (they won by 12) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Bonny Eagle Scots 4-2. The win continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Scots: they've now won four in a row.

Juliann Pike was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 14 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits (and only one walk). She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

Kennebunk's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Bonny Eagle, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
