Baseball Recap: Roxborough Comes Up Short

Roxborough was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 22-7 to the Constitution Generals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wolves of the 21-11 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2025.

Roxborough's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Constitution, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Roxborough wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 18-3 defeat against Swenson Arts & Tech on the 13th. As for Constitution, they will host Martin Luther King at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Generals' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Cougars have averaged an impressive 9.6 runs per game this season.
