Basketball Recap: Clark Fork Takes a Loss

Clark Fork lost against Lakeside last Saturday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Clark Fork Wampus Cats had to suffer through a 72-23 loss at the hands of the Lakeside Knights. The Wampus Cats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kyleigh Wolfe continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Lakeside, going 19-for-26 to rack up 40 points. Wolfe's evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least 29 points. Laila Charlie was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Clark Fork's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Lakeside, they pushed their record up to 11-7 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home.

Clark Fork has already played their next game, a 53-23 defeat against Wallace on the 6th. As for Lakeside, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 66-35 victory against Genesis Prep Academy on the 6th.
