Baseball Recap: East Ridge Takes a Loss

East Ridge lost against Pike County Central back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Warriors fell 6-3 to the Hawks. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

East Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 11-19. As for Pike County Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-10 record this season.

East Ridge will head out to take on Martin County at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pike County Central, they will be playing at home against Floyd Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Jaguars will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Hawks surely won't give up without a fight.
