Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Jeremiah Knightner stepped things up a notch to give C.A. Johnson the 'W'. Knightner was dynamite, rushing for 89 yards and one touchdown on only nine carries.

Looking ahead, Knightner and C.A. Johnson will face off against Fairfield Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Griffins will enter the matchup having just beaten Union County, so the Hornets will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
