Football Recap: Patrick Henry Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Patrick Henry extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 2-6. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 33-28 heartbreaker at the hands of the Honaker Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rebels of the 42-28 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

As for Honaker, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.2 points over those games.

Honaker's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Timothy Morrison led the charge by rushing for 136 yards and one TD while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. That rushing touchdown marked the first that Morrison has punched in this season. Parker Lowe was another key passer, throwing for 179 yards and three touchdowns.
