Football Recap: West Broward Skates Past Miami Beach with Ease

West Broward never let their opponents score on Friday. They claimed a resounding 54-0 win over the Miami Beach Hi-Tides. The Bobcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by 25 points or more this season.

Brandin Mincy was his usual excellent self, throwing for 317 yards and four touchdowns on perfect 15-for-15 passing, while also rushing for 52 yards and one TD on only five carries. West Broward's leading receiver Ratavion Mcreed was Mincy's top target yet again, picking up 98 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to West Broward's defense and their 4.5 sacks. That dominant display was truly a team effort as four different players picked up one apiece ( Marquece Sherill also recorded half a sack).

West Broward's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-2. Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 41.0 points over those games. As for Miami Beach, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

West Broward has already played their next game, a 52-8 victory against Miramar on the 16th. As for Miami Beach, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 29-20 win against Coral Gables on the 16th.
