Badin is facing Roger Bacon at the wrong time: Roger Bacon suffered their first home loss of the season on Thursday and they're likely out for redemption. They lost 3-0 to the Falcons. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roger Bacon took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-21, 26-24.

Meanwhile, Badin came tearing into Thursday's game with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Cougars as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Badin pushed their record up to 9-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Roger Bacon, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8.
