Graham-Kapowsin is a perfect 5-0 against Spanaway Lake since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Eagles will take on the Sentinels at 7:15 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.

On Thursday, Graham-Kapowsin came up short against Emerald Ridge and fell 3-1.

Graham-Kapowsin couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Emerald Ridge a tough time in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 21-25, 28-26, 30-28.

Meanwhile, Spanaway Lake lost 3-0 to Sumner on Thursday.

Graham-Kapowsin's loss dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Spanaway Lake, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-9.

Graham-Kapowsin was able to grind out a solid win over Spanaway Lake in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
