Perham put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Park Rapids Panthers a 10-0 shutout. Considering the Yellowjackets have won nine games by more than eight runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Perham pushed their record up to 11-0 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. The team's perfect season has a lot to do with their hitting performance: the team's won by an average of 8.1 runs thus far. As for Park Rapids, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.

Coming up, Perham will head out on the road to face off against Breckenridge at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Park Rapids, they will square off against Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rebels' pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so the Panthers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
