Soccer Recap: Garinger Comes Up Short

Garinger lost against South Caldwell last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Garinger fell just short of South Caldwell by a score of 3-2. Garinger just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Jasmin Lopez Torres and Jessica Pastrana scored both of Garinger's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 12 goals.

Garinger now has a losing record of 4-5-1. As for South Caldwell, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2.

Garinger wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 10-0 victory against Rocky River on the 25th. As for South Caldwell, they will face off against Alexander Central at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. This will be South Caldwell's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
