Volleyball Recap: Pasco Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Pasco kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell just short of the Lake Gibson Braves by a score of 2-1. The loss continues a trend for the Pirates in their meetings with the Braves: they've now lost six in a row.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Pasco sadly wound up on the wrong side. The final score came out to 25-17, 14-25, 16-14.

Coming up, Pasco will host Gulf at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lake Gibson, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Santa Fe Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th.
