Softball Recap: Snow Canyon Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Snow Canyon waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Jordan Beetdiggers. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by six runs or more this season.

Maggie Anderson was excellent, scoring two runs while going 1-for-1. Those two runs gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Camrie Webb, who scored a run while going 1-for-1.

Snow Canyon hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most five strikeouts in eight consecutive contests.

Snow Canyon's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Jordan, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Snow Canyon didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 12-2 defeat against Hurricane on the 25th. As for Jordan, they have also already played their next game, a 15-0 loss against Tooele on the 25th.
