On Friday Talin Hill pitched 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. The effort also marked the fewest walks (one) Hill has had since back in April of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with less than two walks. On the year, he has an ERA of 8.20 over 13.7 innings pitched.

Looking ahead, Hill and Summit Academy will head out on the road to square off against Judge Memorial Catholic at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
