Basketball Recap: Perry Takes a Loss

Perry lost against Spencerville back in March of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Perry Commodores were beaten by the Spencerville Bearcats 76-45. While losing is never fun, the Commodores can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 679th, while the Bearcats are ranked 29th).

Perry's loss dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Spencerville, they pushed their record up to 21-2 with the win, which was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season.

As of now, neither Perry nor Spencerville have any future games scheduled.
