Baseball Preview: Genesee Bulldogs vs. Colton Wildcats
The Genesee Bulldogs will play host again on Wednesday to welcome the Colton Wildcats, where first pitch is scheduled at 4:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Genesee is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 13 runs on Tuesday, they were much more limited against Potlatch on Monday. They suffered a tough 15-2 defeat at the hands of the Loggers. Genesee has struggled against Potlatch recently, as their contest on Monday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Skyler Purnell made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole three bases while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Tanner Baerlochee, who went 1-for-2 with a stolen base and an RBI.
