Baseball Recap: Mae Jemison Comes Up Short

Mae Jemison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Columbia Eagles, falling 21-0. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, with their most recent loss being a 13-2 defeat last Thursday.

Mae Jemison's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Columbia, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-17.

Mae Jemison has already played their next match (against Fyffe), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Columbia, they will square off against Tanner at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
