Soccer Recap: Encompass Academy Comes Up Short on the Road Against Sage Ridge

EnCompass Academy had to start their season on the road on Thursday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 4-2 to the Sage Ridge Scorpions. If enCompass Academy were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to Sage Ridge when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The win got Sage Ridge back to even at 1-1.

EnCompass Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Whittell at 3:00 p.m. on the 26th. As for Sage Ridge, they have already played their next game, a 3-2 defeat against Battle Mountain on the 6th.
