Basketball Recap: Riverside Takes a Loss

Riverside has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They lost 67-41 to the Hot Springs County Bobcats on Saturday. The Rebels were probably out for revenge after losing 51-26 to them when the teams met back in December of 2016, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Riverside's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Hot Springs County, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Riverside will square off against Meeteetse at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hot Springs County has already played their next matchup (against Shoshoni), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
