Basketball Recap: Kirkwood Continues Home Dominance on Friday

Kirkwood came tearing into Friday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24 points) and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Springfield Yellow Jackets, posting a 68-32 win. The Cobras have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Kirkwood's victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-5. As for Springfield, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-17.
